Kirk Wulff

Wulff Building + Additions LLC – Owner

Kirk spent 20+ years after graduate school in the industrial/municipal construction industry. In 1999 Kirk followed another passion and calling to pursue full time Christian vocational ministry and was ordained to the priesthood.

While continuing to serve as a Pastor, Kirk re-entered the construction industry in 2010 with an emphasis on the redevelopment of a residential neighborhood in Kansas City, involving both home renovation and new home construction.

Kirk is married to Diana, an amazing wife, mother, and educator. Kirk and Diana have two awesome adult children: Elizabeth, who is a physician, and Matthew, his business partner. When time permits, Kirk enjoys golf, fly fishing, and a steaming cup of dark roast from Starbucks.

Matthew Wulff

Wulff Building + Additions LLC – President

Matthew joined his dad in the Summer of 2020 as Wulff Building + Additions established itself as one of the few true custom home builders in NEJC. He understands the importance that each project has to our clients and will work with you from beginning to end to implement the hard work that went into the design process of your beautiful home.

Matthew and his wife Alison feel very lucky to have two beautiful daughters and an assortment of animals. Matthew once rode a bicycle from Seattle to Washington D.C. and would like to play golf with you sometime.

Jarrell Snowbarger

Jarrell has 37 years of experience in construction and is committed to delivering quality work on every project. Him and his wife Sonja have been married for 25 years and together they have two daughters and a grandson. Outside of work, Jarrell enjoys traveling and exploring new places. He has a passion for woodworking and classic English cars and loves to prepare a good meal for family and friends.

Joanne joined the team in August 2021. Growing up on construction sites, working for her father, a remodeler and builder, she developed a love for the industry from an early age. She has a passion for interior design and decorating, having renovated, remodeled, and built homes. Outside of work, Joanne and her husband, Craig, enjoy spending quality time with their children, Aidan and Liddy. She enjoys food, fitness, and old fashioned cocktails. When summer temperatures rise in Kansas, the family often heads west to enjoy the cooler climate of Colorado.
